I have given performances for  many King County and Sno-Isle libraries .  I have been out of state for a long time and have just returned.   My performances are highly interactive and engaging.  Children willingly participate with enthusiasm and joy.   My goal is to  foster imagination, creativity and love of story.

The summer reading theme this year, Your Story, Your World

FAMILY CONCERTS -45 minutes-suitable for children 3-10 years old 

Everyone at a Courtney Campbell family concert has a great time.  Her enjoyable songs and stories appeal to all.   With a delightful sense of humor and a masterful way of including everyone, Courtney gets the whole audience singing and participating.  Laughter is common.  Many  parents have wondered who has  more fun, the children or the parents.

STORYTELLING WORKSHOPS FOR ADULTS- 60 TO 90 MINUTES

Basic Storytelling

This is a fun and easy going workshop for people who are interested in storytelling, want to learn more about it, and develop more confidence in their storytelling abilities.  Participants will work on basic storytelling techniques through improvisation games and other enjoyable exercises.

Intermediate and advanced storytelling for adults  

This is a great workshop for teachers, librarians and anyone who already has experience telling stories, but wants to improve their skill. Storytelling techniques will be explored through storytelling games and  exercises.  If participants have a story they wish to improve telling that is welcome.  It should be  no longer than five minutes.  The goal of this workshop is to help the storyteller develop his or her individual  style.
